Pancito Bread is a newly established, self-taught baker in York. Her business is based primarily on Instagram where she posts amazing pictures and videos of her creating, making you feel involved in the process. To order some bread you simply message her on Instagram of she has her WhatsApp in her bio on her Instagram. I only recently got around to trying her amazing bread after drooling over her Instagram posts for months, and boy am I glad I did. The quality of the bread is astonishing, especially for the reasonable price and size! I ordered the small olive focaccia and it would easily serve 4 people. You can choose to collect the bread from her from either Bishy Road or The Shambles Market, she usually asks that you order three days before you want to collect, I would jump on ordering some of her bread soon before the secret gets out!
